CornyBot is an AI-powered rap verse generation and audio rendering platform. The Service includes:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free accounts are limited to 10 verse generations per month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe (card) or in USDC (Solana). Founding Artist plans are one-time lifetime purchases. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Your content: You retain ownership of all verses, lyrics, and audio you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
AI-generated content: Verses and audio generated by the Service are owned by you, subject to our underlying technology rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
Our content: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by TAK Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Custom voice model training requires explicit written consent from the voice owner. You may not train voice models on any person's voice without their authorization. We comply with the Tennessee ELVIS Act (2024) and California AB 1836 (2025) regarding AI voice clones and digital replicas.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report copyright infringement, contact dmca@taktari.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AUDIO RENDERING USES TEXT-TO-SPEECH TECHNOLOGY AND DOES NOT REPLICATE ANY SPECIFIC PERSON'S VOICE UNLESS A CUSTOM VOICE MODEL HAS BEEN EXPLICITLY TRAINED WITH CONSENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAK VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Either party may terminate your account with 30 days notice. We may immediately suspend accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days by contacting support@taktari.com.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under JAMS rules in the State of Wyoming.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
